Foot Stretch Technique
Sit cross-legged with your right foot slightly in front of your left (sit on a folded blanket to support the spine if necessary). Place your right big toe in the center of the sole of your right foot.
Instead of using muscular effort, such as when we press on the foot, simply lean forward and allow the weight of your body and gravity to create the sensation of pressure.
Head Massage Technique
In a comfortable sitting position, place both hands in front of your face. Press down on three fingers of each hand (index, middle, ring fingers) just above the eyebrows, slide your fingers up your forehead, towards the crown of your head, then down the back of your head and release.
Forehead and Neck Massage Technique
Place your hands over your eyebrows with your elbows facing down. Slide your hands to the center of your forehead, then turn your hands so that the elbows point outward. Draw your hands along your forehead to the sides of the temples. Then slide your hands down your neck.
